Finale of the 17th Wah Yan Football League

The curtain of the 17th Wah Yan Football League dropped upon the prize presentation ceremony held on Saturday, 24 September 2016 at the WYK football pitch during the intermission of two friendly matches between the Champions of the Division 1 and Division 2 winners as well as the Champion of the Senior League and the WYK Teachers¡¯ United team.

We have the honour of having the Vice Principals of both Wah Yans, Mr. Stanislaus Keung (WYK) and Mr. Julian Ng (WYHK), the Sports Master of Wah Yan College Kowloon, Mr. Tang Wai Choi, and the Chairman of both PSAs, Mr. Raymond Chow (WYKPSA) and Dr. Thomas Tsang (WYHKPSA), as our guests of honour.

This season was historically long due to the overwhelming numbers of participating teams yet we noted most, if not all, participants found fun and joy in this tournament. We strive to maintain our bonding through our passion in football and we shall continue to provide you with this platform to keep in touch with your alma mater.

17th Wah Yan Football League Tournament is back¡¡with a new look and new rules

To enable more enjoyment to the participants and to enlarge the players' population from the Wah Yan Family, we are introducing Divisions for the tournament. The senior players no longer need to compete with the youngsters and the less skilful players would not play against the masters any more. Also, alumni's registered sons and daughters are also allowed to participate to make our tournament a truly family event! Please take a look at our new rules, team up with your classmates, friends and families, fill in the enrolment form and submit it to the organizing committee with the necessary fees within the application period from 5 October 2015 to 8 October 2015.
