9th Island
"Ninth Island" is a renowned Australian winery which produces from champagne replacement
sparking wine to full bodied pinot noir. Tonight, the wine & dine club under the leadership
of Dr. Chung and Daniel So made everybody satiated except the webmaster really didn't quite
agree with the goatcheese. Dr. Ip after desert entertainingly turned the event into a Chinese
Society quizz with all kinds of casual poetry thrown on the table. Fr. Deignan and "Fr. Tam"
both merrily gave their divine approval to the feast !
