    At the PSA Past Presidents bi-monthly luncheon held on Friday, 18th July 2003, Mr. William Kwan, Legal Advisor of the PSA and a Patron of the School Development Project (SDP), made an appeal to all for further donations and initiated a 'Gold Donation' 10-year instalment plan to make payment easier.
